BAID // Baltic Artists in Development
Strengthening Regional Music Networks
The Baltic Artists in Development (BAID) programme is a collaborative effort aimed at empowering self-managing artists and independent artist managers across the Baltic region. Led by Musikcentrum Syd (Sweden), UCE Agency (Estonia), Tak Brzmi Miasto (Poland), and Music Export Ukraine, the initiative focuses on fostering international connections, sharing industry knowledge, and promoting innovation within the music sector. Supported by the Swedish Institute, BAID serves as a dynamic platform for cultural exchange and professional growth.

BAID aims to create a sustainable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among artists and music professionals in the Baltic region. Through a series of workshops, networking events, and collaborative projects, the programme seeks to enhance the international presence of Baltic artists and foster a more resilient and innovative music industry.
Looking ahead, BAID plans to continue its mission by organizing future events in various Baltic cities, providing ongoing support for artists and managers, and expanding its network to include more diverse voices and perspectives.
